You do not need a referral to receive physical therapy with me. If you have one from your doctor, it can give me guidance.

I do not accept insurance. You can pay with cash, local check, credit or debit card. You can use a Flexible Savings Account or Health Savings Account; however, I do not code my invoices, and you will need to check with your plan that you do not need a coded receipt.

Loose clothing that allows you to move. Sneakers. If you are receiving dry needling, a camisole or tank top and a pair of shorts are helpful. If you have long hair, having a tieback can be helpful. Thank you.

The initial session is 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow up sessions are scheduled for 1 hour long.
